What you'll be doing here
  • Leading research projects on human-centered AI-based learning.
  • Design and conceptualize a chatbot based on generative AI that supports students in reflective writing and skill development.
  • Actively collaborate with international and national partners from both academia and industry.
  • Conduct field studies and experiments, particularly in educational settings.
  • Present your research findings at international conferences and in renowned journals and contribute in the teaching and supervising of Master's students.
What you'll bring with you
  • A Master's degree in Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in interdisciplinary research.
  • Initial experience in planning and conducting research projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluency in English and German.
