What you'll be doing here
  • Develop and lead research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods to develop and investigate new AI-based systems
  • Active cooperation with international and national partners, both from science and practice
  • Designing and further developing existing prototypes (JavaScript, Python) and conducting experiments in the lab and in the field
  • Presentation of research results at international conferences and in renowned journals.
  • Contribute to the teaching and supervision of Master's students (e.g., Prompt Engineering)
What you'll bring with you
  • A Master's degree (university) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in interdisciplinary research and innovation (user-centered design, design thinking, web-based prototypes).
  • First experience in planning and implementing (research) projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), knowledge of German an advantage
